Refund policy

At Label Tanuja, we strive to deliver premium quality ethnic wear. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order:

1. No Returns / Refunds:
We do not offer refunds or returns for personal dislike, slight color variations due to screen brightness, or change of mind.

2. Size Exchange Only:
If you face any sizing issues, we offer a one-time size exchange.
- Size exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Reverse courier charges for size exchange are to be borne by the customer.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or wrong product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
- An uncut, continuous opening/unboxing video from start to finish is mandatory to claim a replacement.
- Report the damage within 24 hours of delivery at labeltanuja@gmail.com with the video and order ID.
